865 Merch Sales towards Women’s Heart Health
Emma’s end-to-end involvement in four merchandise drops with 10-day sales periods resulted in 865 merchandise sales, with all profits going towards women’s heart health. Emma designed the merchandise, negotiated prices, promoted the merchandise through direct and social media marketing, and distributed the items to buyers.
Emma’s direct marketing and social media marketing expertise was instrumental in driving sales and generating awareness for the program. Emma promoted the merchandise to a receptive audience through targeted DMS and social media stories, effectively leveraging her design skills to create visually appealing campaigns that resonated with supporters.

By leveraging Excel to track everyone's posting frequency, Emma ensured all 100 members were well-represented in the content. Her focus on the content pillars of philanthropy, sisterhood, and community outreach resulted in a feed that captured the essence of Alpha Phi. She designed each post to reach potential new members or engage current members or alumna. In addition, she focused on Alpha Phi's unique qualities, from highlighting philanthropic efforts to showcasing the strong sisterhood bond. The feed exuded a warm and welcoming vibe to reflect the organization's positioning on campus as outgoing and welcoming.
